Living and Growing in Faith Together

Longview Presbyterian Church values nurturing minds and souls for all. Our Christian Life ministries are opportunities to grow in faith together—through worship, study, friendship, and service. Whether you’re a child discovering the wonder of God’s love or an adult seeking deeper understanding, there’s a place for you here.

This every other week small group gathers via zoom to share joys, lift one another in prayer, and find mutual encouragement in faith. It’s a setting where listening and presence embody God’s love—simple, honest, and deeply supportive.

Tuesday Share, Care & Prayer

Theology Pub creates a relaxed atmosphere for exploring big questions of life and faith. Meeting at local venues, participants engage in meaningful conversations about spirituality, culture, and community over a cup of coffee or a favorite beverage. Everyone’s story is valued and every voice matters.

We offer a Bible Study for adults on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m., along with occasional study or discussion series throughout the year. Together, we explore scripture through open conversation, curiosity, and connection.

Our children’s ministry provides a safe, joyful space where young ones can grow in faith and friendship. Loving caregivers welcome infants and toddlers in the nursery each week, offering care so parents can worship and serve with ease.

Elementary‑age children begin worship with their families and, after the Children’s Message, head to Sunday School for Bible stories, crafts, and activities that help them experience God’s love in age‑appropriate, engaging ways.

Together, these ministries nurture curiosity, creativity, and compassion — helping children discover that they are deeply loved by God and belong in the life of the church.

Friendship Flock brings together members and friends of the congregation for fellowship, food, and fun. This is where deeper relationships form—through shared meals, laughter, and community care that extends our Sunday hospitality into everyday life.
